Integrations

Open Dermaself → Integrations. The plugin connects to Klaviyo and Mailchimp: contacts collected by the quiz are sent automatically to the connected provider.

There are no native connectors for Google Analytics, Meta Pixel, Zapier, or other tools.

Before you start

1. The store must be connected to Dermaself. Otherwise the screen asks you to do that first.
2. In the Quiz Builder, turn on the Contact step (Ask for contact details) and enter your store’s Marketing privacy policy URL.

Connecting Klaviyo or Mailchimp

1. On the provider’s card, click Connect Klaviyo (or Connect Mailchimp).
2. Sign in to your provider account and authorize Dermaself.
3. You return to WordPress with “Klaviyo connected successfully.” (or Mailchimp).
4. The card shows Connected and the Account name.

To detach it, click Disconnect: the stored tokens are deleted.

What is sent, and when

• Only the email and first name of shoppers who give explicit marketing consent on the contact step.
• Without consent nothing is sent. The Skin Test still works.
• No data goes to Klaviyo or Mailchimp unless you connect them.

Take a test Skin Test with your own email and consent ticked, then check that the contact shows up in the provider.
