The Shopify app

Dermaself: AI Skin Analysis is a Shopify app that adds a Skin Test to your store. Shoppers answer a short quiz, take a selfie, and get a skincare routine built from your catalog, not a Dermaself catalog.

What it does

1. Analyzes the selfie with AI models (acne, wrinkles, pores, dryness, laxity, redness, lips, and more).
2. Personalizes the routine with the quiz answers (in the default quiz: gender, age and main skin concern).
3. Matches your products: it reads the INCI of the products you mapped and scores them against the skin profile.
4. Builds a routine (morning, evening and optional extras), not a single product, with Add to cart buttons.
5. Optional: a Shopify discount that applies only to recommended products, and Klaviyo or Mailchimp for leads and the recap email.

It is not a medical diagnosis tool.

How you manage it

• You install it from the Shopify App Store and manage it from Shopify admin, under Apps → Dermaself.
• The Skin Test appears on your storefront through the Shopify theme editor: a floating button, a button inside a page, or a menu link.
• Plans are billed by Shopify. Every shop starts on Free.
