Plans and usage
Open Dermaself → Subscription. Prices are in euros, excluding VAT. A month is your billing month: the screen shows the date the counter resets.

PDF skin reports are included on every plan, and so is every screen of the plugin: Quiz Builder, Routine Builder, Customization, Analytics, Integrations, Discount, Publish.
Graduated overage
On Start and Growth the Skin Test does not stop past the quota: each extra analysis is billed. Each rate applies only to the analyses that fall in its band.

Usage
At the top of the page, Usage this period shows the analyses used against the plan’s quota (for example “120 / 180 analyses used”) and Resets on with the date. On paid plans the period is the billing period, which starts on the day you bought the plan; on Free it is the calendar month.
Past the quota, the page tells you how many analyses are beyond your plan and what will be added to your next invoice, already worked out by band.
On the Free plan, once the quota is reached the quiz pauses until the reset. There is no extra charge.
Moving to a paid plan
- Open Subscription and scroll to Plans.
- Click Upgrade to Start (or Upgrade to Growth).
- Pay on the Stripe checkout. The plugin never sees your card details.
- You come back to WordPress with “Thanks — your subscription is active.” If you cancel the checkout, nothing is charged.
Switching between Start and Growth
With an active subscription, the other plan’s card shows Switch to Growth (or Switch to Start). The change is immediate and uses the card on file: confirm, and the page reloads on the new plan. The difference for the rest of the period is prorated and added to your next invoice.
Managing your subscription
With an active subscription, Manage subscription opens Stripe’s customer portal, where you can update your card, download invoices or cancel, at any time.
To go back to Free, cancel the subscription in the portal. Cancelling takes effect at the end of the current period: the page shows “Your subscription ends at the end of this period and will not renew.”
