What is the Skin Test

Dermaself is a Shopify app that adds a Skin Test to your store. Shoppers answer a short quiz, can take a selfie, and see products from your catalog, not a Dermaself catalog.

What it does

1. Analyzes a selfie with AI models (acne, wrinkles, pores, dryness, laxity, redness, lips).
2. Reads the INCI of products you synced and scores them against the skin profile. This is not an on-store barcode scanner: it is the matching engine that picks SKUs for that skin.
3. Builds a routine (morning / evening), not a single product.
4. Optional: a Shopify discount that applies only to recommended products.

It is not a medical diagnosis tool.

What you do not need

• No separate Dermaself account for merchants (Shopify OAuth).
• No Dermaself login for shoppers.
