Where do I start?

What does Dermaself do?
It adds a Skin Test to your storefront. Shoppers complete a quiz and optional selfie, then see recommendations from your mapped catalog.
Do I need a separate Dermaself account?
No. Merchants use Shopify OAuth. Shoppers do not create a Dermaself login.
What is included on every plan?
Quiz builder, routines, customization, analytics, Klaviyo/Mailchimp, PDF report, publish, and catalog recommendations.
What happens when Free hits its limit?
The Skin Test pauses until the next calendar month. There is no overage billing on Free.
How do extra analyses work on Start and Plus?
After the monthly quota, analyses continue. Start bills $2 each. Plus bills $1 each.
Can I remove Dermaself branding?
Only on Growth. Email support@dermaself.it.
Do you have Shopify Flow, GA, Meta Pixel, Zapier?
No. ESP integrations are Klaviyo and Mailchimp. The rest is not in the product.
Is the Skin Test a medical diagnosis?
No.
